for his good government and our sincerity in praying for his

safety on his whole voyage to England. he further hope that

he will soon return to the Colony and then we will welcome him

back 'this living. Buddha of a thousand families' with

rejoicings. His Excellency is indeed worthy of the name of

'the people's parents'.
